Clients decide to attend counseling for many different reasons. Below are common topics explored:
Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, Relationship Concerns Grief, OCD, Gender Identity, Self-Esteem, Life Changes, Stress Management
2. Couples Counseling

Relationships experience ups and downs. Throughout therapy, we can discuss and unpack areas of concern, such as:
Communication, Trust, Establish Boundaries, Codependency, Attachment, Parenting, Reducing Conflict, Managing Family Members
3. Tele Health
$120/session
TeleHealth sessions are offered to all clients residing in Oklahoma. Individual and couples sessions can be utilized via telehealth at the description of the client(s).
