You feel the pressure to be the strong one, being the "go-to" person for a lot of people. You help everyone around you, but don't feel comfortable opening up yourself. How you feel is starting to impact your relationship, family, work, and overall life satisfaction. You’ve tried changing your diet, going on walks, or just not thinking about your feelings. You ultimately want to feel like yourself again.

Individual therapy is one type of psychotherapy in which a trained professional helps a single person work through personal issues they have been facing.
COUPLES
Therapy in which both partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Couples therapy is concerned with problems within the relationship.
TELE HEALTH
Telehealth is a form of video conferencing allowing therapists to provide services to patients outside of the office, for example at the patient’s home or workplace.
